The context

 Advocacy is powerful, but at global level it is often difficult to measure, compare, and steer strategically across humanitarian clusters.

What I did

 I designed and implemented UNICEF’s first global Advocacy Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. Working with leadership and technical teams, I translated advocacy priorities into concrete indicators, tools, and processes that made performance visible and actionable.

Why it mattered

 The framework strengthened accountability, improved strategic alignment, and gave decision-makers a clear view of what was working and where to adjust. The assignment was rated “Exceptional Output Achievement.”
